WES Products is proud to partner with Danfoss, in offering Solutions for BREEAM water leak detection and Prevention applications.

For commercial buildings trying to achieve BREEAM Wat 03 accreditation, WES products offers the Danfoss WRAS approved solenoid valve together with a selection of either presence or absence PIR sensors.
WES Products also offers a wireless option of achieving BREEAM accreditation. WES have developed a Casambi enabled controller that can be included within the lighting Bluetooth mesh system to work with the Casambi PIR and Danfoss Solenoid valve.
Using wireless water detecting sensors, wireless presence detecting sensor and a Patented wireless controlled solenoid isolation valve. All the sensors and switching valves are connected using Energy Harvesting EnOcean technology, which means no central controller and no wires.
Leak Prevention Solution with PIR Lighting Control
Wired Solution
- The main wired system consists of a PIR Sensor and a Danfoss Valve.
- This system is hardwired and low maintenance.
- Water is automatically turned on when someone enters the room and triggers the PIR Sensor which opens the valve, If no more movement is detected within a pre-selected time, then the valve will close.
- The PIR Sensor can also be incorporated to control your lights at the same time as the water if required.
Wireless Leak Prevention and Detection with PIR Control
Wireless Solution
- The main wireless system consists of a Valve controller (enabled with Wireless communication protocol) a PIR Sensor and a Danfoss Valve.
- Water is automatically turned on when someone enters the room and triggers the PIR Sensor which opens the valve, If no more movement is detected within a pre-selected time, then the valve will close.
- As part of the wireless system, wireless light switches can be included to operate both the lights and the solenoid valves.
- To further enhance the system WES Products can offer a wireless leak sensing device that can be either directly placed on the floor of the area to be sensed or connected to a sensing cable that can be laid in the area to be sensed, if a leak is detected the valve will be closed.
