WES Products – Design to Distribution is a QMS ISO 2009 : 2015 certified design and manufacturing company located in Torbay that has developed over the years after in-house design and manufacture of our own products as Washroom Efficiency Services has lead on to us being able to offer these services to clients for their own design, 3D printing, manufacturing, injection moulding, pad printing and distribution needs all in one place.
Whether it just one or all of these services you require we can assist you at any stage of your product requirements from concept to the finished product leaving the warehouse heading to yourselves or your customers by courier.
DESIGN
Using the latest CAD CAM software – from concept to manufacture we are in control at all key stages of a product lifecycle. Early design involvement allows us to engineer out potential production issues and contain costs.
Full technical drawings, photo realistic rendering and animation can be created.
3D PRINTING & PROTOTYPING
A large range of rapid prototyping machines and processes are available, 3D printing using FDM, SLA, SLS, TPU rubber 2 part prototypes using a range of different materials from PLA to ABS, NYLON, CARBONFIL, COLORFABB_XT, NGEN, BRONZEFILL, STEELFILL.
Various colours are available off the shelf for a rapid turnaround.
ELECTRONICS
PCB design, prototyping manufacture, component assembly and light board repairs are all processes we currently use in house and are also available to our clients .
INJECTION MOULDING
We have a range of machines available from 12T upto 150T – materials include PP. ABS, TPE, and other engineering polymers. Short run prototype/low volume to full production high volume capabilities.
TOOL MAKING
We have over 20 years of experience in the toolmaking industry which allows us to design and offer competitive tooling from short run /prototype soft tooling up to fully hardended multi-impression tools.
In-house CNC milling machine and lathe for light machining work. CNC machining service available.
PAD PRINTING
We can offer low cost bespoke printing solutions on even complex shaped consumer products. We can do single or multi-colour prints using graphics/logo’s either supplied by the customer or we can create your artwork in-house.
DISTRIBUTION
Manufactured goods can be dispatched from our factory in Torbay for Next Day delivery throughout most of the UK. Two Day and International services also available for other locations.
